And apart from being incredibly talented, Kate was genuinely just an absolute sweetheart to work with. It is very apparent that she cares about her clients and despite the fact that we never met in person, she was always so warm and endearing in her communications, that it made me feel like I was talking with someone that I'd been friends with for years.
